My funeral home offers this service but your items are much more reasonably priced, why is that?
We manufacture all of our jewelry right in our factory in Staten Island, NY. Funeral homes are buying from other vendors, like us, and then reselling to the public to make a profit.
Can we get a message engraved on the back side?
Yes, as you´re ordering the website will ask you if you´d like a message engraved on the back side. We give a nice amount of characters as well due to the high definition laser engraving we use. There is an additional cost of $20.

If a photo is sepia tones, will that turn out?
If it´s sepia tone it will come out Sepia tone. We can convert to black and white for you if you don´t want sepia tone but it does come out really nice that way.
What format do you need the photo in? Any specifications about the file size?

You can upload files up to a total files size of 5MB
Is there a refund/return policy? It looks really good on the net, but what if I am not satisified with the product?

Locket Questions
I would like to order a 14k yellow gold locket. Can you explain the difference between the ordinary locket and the premium weight - is there a difference (apart from the weight). i.e. is the ordinary locket flimsy or sturdy. Thanks
You´re right the main difference between the regular lockets and the premium weight locket is weight. I feel the quality of the locket is the same. We have the same guarantees on the premium weight and as the others.
can you engrave on a locket i already own? or if i order one of your lockets and have only one side engraved can i get the other side engraved later?
Yes, we can engrave a locket you already own. Depending on the size of the locket and the metal you wish would really determine the price. 14K Yellow & White Gold cost $50 and Sterling Silver is $35.
Do you only photo engrave on lockets purchased from this website, or can I send an existing locket and photo to be engraved by your company?
We can laser the photo in your own locket.

When Will I Receive My Order?
What is the time frame from placing an order to receiving the item at my front door if engraving a picture and a message is requested?
Normally we ship within 1 day. If you need it sooner let us know. If you provide us with your zip code we can let you know the estimated time of arrival for UPS ground shipping.
How Long does it take get my order?
Normally it takes us 1 day from the time we receive your order to process it. The shipping method you select determine your arrival time.
